- Railway and bus station: poggibonsi 6 km
By car from the north
- As you drive along the A1 motorway towards Rome, approaching Florence, take the Firenze Impruneta exit.
- Enter the motorway link (Firenze-Siena freeway) towards Siena and then take the Poggibonsi Nord exit; at the roundabout, follow the directions for San Gimignano.
- Follow the directions for San Gimignano. Still following the signs for San Gimignano, after passing two roundabouts, take the first road on the right towards Ulignano-Casaglia.
- After about 1.5 km, take the road on the left with the sign for Montefalconi-Casaglia.
- Travel this road for about 1.0 km; you will find the VILLA LA CHIESINA on your right, among of a group of cypress trees, some 500 meters after the end of the paved road.
- For VILLA RENAIO, continue for about 2.0 km., when you find the sign Casaglia go straight along the road that runs alongside the church, after 200 meters you will arrive at Villa Renaio (structure on the left with large wooden gate).
By car from the south
- As you drive along the A1 motorway towards Milan, take the Valdichiana (Bettolle) exit; follow the signs to Siena.
- Once you reach Siena, enter the motorway link (Firenze-Siena freeway) towards Florence and then take the Poggibonsi Nord exit.
- at the roundabout, follow the directions for San Gimignano. Still following the signs for San Gimignano, after passing two roundabouts, take the first road on the right towards Ulignano-Casaglia
